How is MapleVirtualTeam different from a hiring or staffing agency?
A staffing agency places humans on payroll or contract. MapleVirtualTeam activates pre-trained AI agents inside your existing Maple products. There is no recruiting, no onboarding, no benefits load, and no contract minimum. You enable a role, route it to its backing product, and it runs.
Which AI agent roles are available?
Eight ready-to-deploy roles: Marketing Strategist, Sales Caller, Customer Service, Content Writer, Data Analyst, Operations Manager, Receptionist, and Bookkeeper. Each one routes into the Maple product it lives in for configuration, channels, and guardrails.
How do agents route into other Maple products?
Each AI role is backed by a Maple product: the Marketing Strategist lives in MapleMarketing, the Receptionist in MapleReceptionist, the Bookkeeper in MapleInvoice, and so on. From your Virtual Team dashboard you click an agent and land in the product configured for that role.
Is MapleVirtualTeam PIPEDA-compliant and hosted in Canada?
Yes. MapleVirtualTeam runs on Canadian-hosted infrastructure and follows the same PIPEDA-aligned data residency rules as the rest of MapleWorkSuite. Customer and audit data stays in Canada.
What happens when an agent errors out?
Every agent action is logged. The Virtual Team dashboard shows status, last run time, and errors in one view. You can open a support ticket directly from the failing agent, and the backing Maple product retries or escalates per its own rules.
Can I add or remove agents at any time?
Yes. Agents are toggled on and off from your dashboard. Adding a new role is instant. Removing one stops new actions immediately and keeps the audit log so you can review history.
How is MapleVirtualTeam priced?
MapleVirtualTeam itself is included with the backing Maple products you subscribe to. You pay for the products that power the agents you turn on. No separate per-agent seat fees.
Is bilingual English and French support available?
Yes. The dashboard, agent roles, and customer support are delivered in both English and French. Content-producing agents (Content Writer, Marketing Strategist) generate copy in either language.
