- SEO, performance, and monitoring tools
- Customer support and ticketing systems
- Voice, messaging, and communication services
- Marketing, content, and analytics tools
- Scheduling, invoicing, and financial workflows
Some Services use artificial intelligence, automation, or machine-learning technologies and may rely on third-party providers.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to be legally bound by them
- You are authorized to act on behalf of any entity you represent
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
5. Pricing and Currency
- All prices listed on MapleWorkSuite websites and applications are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:

- All activity conducted under your account
- Ensuring your configurations, automations, and data inputs are correct
MapleWorkSuite is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized access or user error.
7. AI, Automation, and Experimental Technology
7.1 Experimental Nature
Many Services incorporate emerging and experimental AI technologies. You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or misleading
- Behavior may change as models or systems evolve
- Results are not guaranteed
All AI Services are provided on a best-effort, “as-is” basis.
7.2 No Professional Advice
AI outputs do not constitute:
- Legal advice
- Financial or accounting advice
- Medical advice
- Regulatory or compliance advice
You are solely responsible for verifying and approving all outputs.
8. Agent-Specific Disclaimers
8.1 SEO & Monitoring Agents
- SEO scores, Lighthouse audits, and performance metrics are informational only.
- Search engine behavior is outside our control.
- Rankings, traffic, indexing, or visibility outcomes are not guaranteed.
8.2 Support & Automation Agents
- Automated ticket handling and responses may be incorrect or incomplete.
- No SLA is implied unless explicitly contracted in writing.
- Human review remains your responsibility.
8.3 Voice & Communication Agents
- Transcriptions and interpretations may contain errors.
- Voice AI may misinterpret intent, tone, or context.
- You are responsible for consent, recording laws, and required disclosures in all jurisdictions where you operate.
8.4 Finance, Billing & Invoicing Agents
- Calculations, summaries, categorizations, and automation outputs are non-authoritative.
- You must validate all financial data prior to reliance or submission.
- MapleWorkSuite is not responsible for tax filings, compliance, or reporting errors.
8.5 Agent Spotlight Usage
We may feature any client-configured agent in public spotlight content to explain capabilities, use cases, or outcomes. Where relevant, we may reference your company name. We will not disclose additional private back-end information about your agent, including credentials, configurations, or internal data.
9. User Configuration & Misuse
You acknowledge that:
- You control agent configurations, thresholds, integrations, and automation rules.
- Misconfiguration may result in failures or undesired outcomes.
- MapleWorkSuite is not liable for damages caused by configuration errors, integrations, third-party systems, user-provided data, or external dependencies.
10. Communications & Email Compliance
10.1 CASL (Canada)
You consent to receive electronic communications as permitted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time using available unsubscribe mechanisms or account settings.
10.2 CAN-SPAM (United States)
Where applicable, we provide opt-out mechanisms and comply with applicable U.S. commercial email laws, including CAN-SPAM requirements.
10.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of messaging, email, and outreach complies with all applicable laws and that appropriate security controls are in place for your environment and users.
11. EU AI Act Considerations
Where applicable under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, Maple AI Services are intended for general business productivity and require human oversight. You must not rely solely on AI for high-risk or regulated decisions and remain responsible for compliance obligations.
12. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Backward compatibility
Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including for maintenance, security, performance, operational, or business reasons.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, and content within the Services are owned by Joel & Nanz Inc or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleWorkSuite and Joel & Nanz Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity; or decisions made based on AI or automated outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to MapleWorkSuite in the preceding twelve (12) months.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joel & Nanz Inc from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of applicable laws, or content/data you provide.
16. Support Access
Support tickets may be submitted by any individual, including users without an active MapleWorkSuite account.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. No SLA is implied unless contractually agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline, defer, or close support requests at our discretion, including requests submitted by non-customers or requests related to experimental, third-party, or user-configured services.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Courts located in Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
