We will not disclose additional private back-end information about your agent, including credentials, configurations, or internal data.

10.1 CASL (Canada)

You consent to receive electronic communications as permitted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time using available unsubscribe mechanisms or account settings.

Where applicable, we provide opt-out mechanisms and comply with applicable U.S. commercial email laws, including CAN-SPAM requirements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of messaging, email, and outreach complies with all applicable laws and that appropriate security controls are in place for your environment and users.

Where applicable under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, Maple AI Services are intended for general business productivity and require human oversight. You must not rely solely on AI for high-risk or regulated decisions and remain responsible for compliance obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapleWorkSuite and Joel & Nanz Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity; or decisions made based on AI or automated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to MapleWorkSuite in the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joel & Nanz Inc from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of applicable laws, or content/data you provide.

Support tickets may be submitted by any individual, including users without an active MapleWorkSuite account.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. No SLA is implied unless contractually agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline, defer, or close support requests at our discretion, including requests submitted by non-customers or requests related to experimental, third-party, or user-configured services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Courts located in Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
