About MapleWorkSuite

The modular AI suite built for Canadian small businesses

MapleWorkSuite bundles 28+ business apps — email, voice, invoicing, scheduling, CRM, document signing and AI agents — behind one login, one CAD bill, and one Canadian privacy posture. Turn on only what you need, when you need it.

What is MapleWorkSuite?

MapleWorkSuite is a Canadian-hosted, modular suite of more than 28 business apps with built-in AI. It gives a small or mid-sized business email, voice, chat, invoicing, expenses, scheduling, CRM, document signing, project management and reporting behind a single login and one monthly bill in CAD. Each app stands on its own, so you adopt the suite one piece at a time and pay only for what you switch on.

Where most teams stitch together five or six disconnected tools, the suite keeps everything in one place: one shared contact list, one calendar, one set of documents, and AI that works across every app instead of being locked inside one. That means a signed agreement in one app can create the invoice in another, and your AI agents see the same data your team does.

Who is MapleWorkSuite for?

MapleWorkSuite is for Canadian small and mid-sized businesses that want professional software without enterprise complexity or cross-border data risk. It fits property managers, clinics, trades, professional services, agencies and solo operators who are tired of paying for several US apps that do not talk to each other.

If you are running a lean team and need email, a phone line that answers itself, invoicing that chases payment, and AI that actually helps — without hiring an IT department — the suite is designed for you. You can start free, add paid apps as you grow, and keep one predictable bill in Canadian dollars the whole way.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure. MapleWorkSuite does not replicate customer data outside Canada, which keeps you aligned with PIPEDA and avoids the cross-border disclosure risk that comes with US-headquartered providers. Billing is in CAD, support is Canadian, and the platform is built with Canadian privacy rules in mind from the ground up — not bolted on afterward.

What does "modular" actually mean here?

Modular means every app is independent but shares one foundation. You can run a single app — say, invoicing — entirely on its own, then later add scheduling, a CRM, or an AI receptionist without migrating anything. The apps share contacts, calendar, documents and AI tokens, so adding the next one makes the ones you already have more useful.

Suite tiers simply unlock more apps at a lower combined per-seat cost than buying each one standalone. There is no all-or-nothing switch: you are never forced to adopt features you will not use, and you can scale up or down month to month as your needs change.

How does the AI in MapleWorkSuite work?

The AI runs across the whole suite rather than living in a single feature. AI agents can answer your phone and chat, draft and chase invoices, summarize documents, triage support tickets and help build marketing — all using the same shared business data. AI actions are metered with Maple AI tokens, so you only pay for the AI you actually use.

Because the AI sees your contacts, calendar and documents in one place, it gives answers grounded in your real business instead of generic guesses. You stay in control: AI assists and drafts, and high-stakes actions stay under your review. Nothing about your business is sold or used to train outside models.

Who builds MapleWorkSuite?

MapleWorkSuite is built by Joel & Nanz Inc., a Canadian company based in New Brunswick. It is led by Joel Gathercole, a Canadian software engineer with 36 years of programming experience and more than 20 years running small-business IT consulting. The suite reflects that background: practical tools for real operators, hosted and supported in Canada.

Being Canadian-owned and Canadian-hosted is not a marketing line — it shapes where your data lives, who you can reach for support, and how the product handles privacy. The mission is simple: give Canadian small businesses one dependable, AI-powered platform instead of a pile of foreign subscriptions.
