A fully designed, mobile-responsive website up to the page count of your tier, installed on our Canadian hosting, SSL configured, basic on-page SEO, and a contact form. We do the building — it's a done-for-you engagement.

Custom web apps, e-commerce catalogues over 50 items, multi-language setups, and copywriting for more than half the pages. We'll quote those separately if you need them.

The build price is subsidized — we recover margin through the 12-month hosting contract. It's how we can quote below local agency rates and still keep the lights on.

You can cancel hosting any time after the initial 12-month term. If you cancel during the first 12 months, the remaining portion of the build subsidy becomes due (roughly the difference between our price and a standard market quote for the same work). We state this plainly in the terms of service — no surprises.

Yes. We'll help you point it to our hosting. If you don't have one, we'll register it for you (domain fees billed at cost).

Yes — security updates, backups, and uptime monitoring are included in hosting. Content edits are handled on request (small edits free, larger work quoted).

Most Starter sites launch in 1–2 weeks from the day we receive your content. Standard and Pro run 2–4 weeks depending on page count and revision rounds.

You do. Content, branding, and domain are yours. If you ever leave us, we'll hand over a static export at no charge.

AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is making your site readable to AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — not just classic Google search. Every MapleStudio site ships with both SEO and AEO baked in, so when someone asks an AI assistant about your industry in New Brunswick, your business has a shot at being the answer.

Yes — we can integrate MapleBuy, our storefront product, as an optional add-on. That gets you a product catalogue, cart, and checkout wired right into your MapleStudio site. Pricing starts at $34/mo CAD for the Starter plan (up to 100 products). Ask us to include it when you sign up.

Email mailboxes are not bundled with MapleStudio hosting. If you need business email (you@yourbusiness.com) we sell it separately through MapleMail, or we'll help you connect Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 if you already have those.

Absolutely. MapleChat (web chat) installs in one click via Studio Chat Setup. MapleReceptionist (AI phone receptionist), MapleSecure (document signing), and MapleInvoice (online billing) can also be toggled on from your dashboard whenever you are ready.

Super easy. From your client dashboard, open Studio Chat Setup and follow the 3-step wizard: pick (or create) a webchatbot agent, customize the playbook that defines how it greets visitors and when it hands off, and click Activate Chat. We inject the MapleChat snippet into your MapleStudio site automatically. Your playbook is fully editable any time from the same wizard or directly from the agent page - changes go live immediately.
