Where is my email data stored?
All MapleMail data is stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure. We never replicate inboxes outside the country, which keeps you aligned with PIPEDA.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes — every paid plan supports at least one your domain, and Standard and above allow unlimited domains. We provide the DNS records you need; copy/paste and you're live.
Does it work with Apple Mail / Outlook / Thunderbird?
Absolutely. MapleMail speaks IMAP, POP3, and SMTP, so any mainstream desktop or mobile mail client can connect.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade anytime — your inboxes, contacts, and folders carry over instantly. Need more than 50 mailboxes? Additional seats are $1.50/month each on any paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no contract. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month; annual plans hold until renewal. Your data stays exportable.
