Your email is correct. So why is it landing in spam?
A new domain can have perfect settings and still be treated with suspicion. MapleConfidence checks the things mailbox providers look at, tells you, in words, what to fix and what only time will fix.
The monthly score is included with MapleMonitor. Sign in with the account that owns the domain.

The same things mailbox providers weigh
Each check tells you what it found, why it matters, and the exact record to publish if something is wrong. A check we could not run is shown as "could not verify", never as a pass.
Sender authentication
SPF (including the ten-lookup limit), DKIM (the whole key, not just the start of it) and DMARC with its policy, reporting and alignment.
Reputation and blocklists
Whether the addresses that send your mail, or your domain, are listed. Lists that refuse to answer us are reported as "could not check", never as clean.
Domain age
A domain registered days ago is treated with caution however correct its settings are. We tell you, and give you a warm-up plan for the first weeks.
Mail infrastructure
Mail servers, reverse DNS on the sending address, and the optional transport-security records.
Your sending history
For domains on MapleMail: recent bounces and whether sending is switched on, from our own records.
Live email tests on major platforms (coming soon)
Not switched on yet. In the full report we send a short, plain message as your domain to a test inbox and look at what happened: inbox, a promotions tab, or spam, and what the receiving side said about your authentication.
How it works
Pay only when you run a full report.
- 1
Pick a domain
Pick a domain you host with us. With MapleMonitor its score is re-checked for you every month: a score out of 100, a band, and every check with its finding.
- 2
Run the full report
We write the big story of your domain: what is working, what is hurting, in what order to fix it, and a 30-day plan. You see the token price (25,000 Maple AI tokens) before you confirm, and nothing is charged if it fails. A full report can run once per day for each domain.
- 3
Fix, then let time work
Publish the records we show you. For a young domain the rest is patience and the warm-up plan, and we say plainly which is which.
- 4
Keep watching
With MapleMonitor the score is re-checked every month and you are told if it drops or a check starts failing.
Where you will find it
One tool, four places, the same report and the same tokens.
MapleDomains
On the page for any domain you host with us: Mail confidence report. Run it any time, with no other product needed.
MapleReady
A stage in your business readiness check, run on your business domain with the same tool and the same tokens.
MapleMail
New accounts are pointed to it in the welcome message, and our support team has a ready answer with the link for anyone asking why their mail goes to spam.
MapleMonitor
Included in every paid plan: monthly re-checks for up to 10 domains, with an alert when the score drops. No tokens needed for monitoring.
Pricing
You pay in tokens, the same tokens used across MapleWorkSuite. The price is shown before you confirm and is charged only when the report completes. A full report can run once per day for each domain.
| What you get | Where | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly score: all 18 checks re-run every month for up to 10 domains, with an alert when the score drops or a check starts failing | MapleMonitor, included in every paid plan | Included |
| Full report: all 18 checks with findings and exact fixes, the written story, a prioritized fix list and a 30-day plan. Runs once per day for each domain. | Any domain you host with us | 25,000 Maple AI tokens about $1.25 CAD + HST at the current token pack price |
| Monthly monitoring: the score re-checked every month for up to 10 domains, with an alert on a drop of 10 points (or your choice) or a new failing check | MapleMonitor Watch ($63.00/mo + HST) and Respond ($225.00/mo + HST) | Included |
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST and other applicable taxes. Tokens are bought on your billing page; a 100,000-token pack is currently $5.00 per month + HST, and tokens never expire. If you do not have enough tokens, nothing is run and nothing is charged.
Live email tests on major platforms
Most tools tell you whether your settings look right. This shows you what actually happens to your mail.
What it means. We run an automated test that sends a real message under your domain's name, the way your own mail is sent, to test inboxes we control at major mailbox platforms. Then we check the other end: did the message land in the inbox, the promotions tab, or the spam folder, and did the receiving server confirm that your SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks passed.
Why it matters. This is what your customers and prospects see, and you normally never find out. Mail that goes to spam looks like silence: no bounce, no error, no reply. A test from the receiving side is the only way to see it before a customer does.
What you get. A plain result for each test, such as "landed in the inbox, all three checks passed" or "landed in spam, DKIM did not align", and the specific fix. It is part of the full report, and every result is dated so you can compare it after you make a change.
Honest limits. One test message shows one result at one moment. It is strong evidence about how a platform treats your domain, not a guarantee for every recipient, and we can only send as a domain hosted on MapleMail. If a test inbox cannot be read, the report says "could not verify" and never shows a pass.
Status. Coming soon. It will be added to the full report at the same price.
What this cannot do
We would rather tell you now than overpromise.
- It cannot promise inbox placement. Gmail, Outlook and others also judge your message wording, how many people complain, and how recipients react. None of that can be seen from outside.
- It cannot make a new domain old. If your domain is days old, the honest advice is a careful warm-up, and the report says so.
- Some blocklists will not answer us. They are listed as "could not check", and the score is marked provisional when too much could not be verified.
