A MapleMarketing feature

People are asking for what you sell.
Catch them, and answer first.

MapleCatch finds public posts where someone is asking for what your business offers on Reddit, Bluesky and Facebook groups, and drafts a reply in your own words. You check it, then post it. No ads, no cold outreach: just answering people who asked.
$9.99 CAD per month per connection, plus HST. Drafts use Maple AI tokens, only when written.

How it works

From your website to your first catch

You don't need to know where your customers post or what words they use. MapleCatch works that out from your site, and you stay in charge of every reply.

STEP 1

Paste your website

MapleCatch reads your site and suggests the facts a reply may use, who to listen for, the words they use, where they post, and short replies for each kind of person.

STEP 2

Check it and switch it on

Edit anything that is off, add a never-say list for promises you don't make, and approve. Listening starts on the next scan.

STEP 3

Answer the people who asked

Each catch comes with a link to the real post and a drafted reply. Copy it, or open the post with it ready, and post it yourself. Mark it Completed and move on.

What's inside

Everything you need to answer first

Built into MapleMarketing, next to your campaigns and channels.

Set up from your website

Paste your site. MapleCatch reads it and suggests who to listen for, the keywords they use, where they post, and how to answer. You edit and approve.

Listens where people ask

Reddit and Bluesky, plus Facebook groups set up with our team. New catches arrive through the day, scored so the best ones are on top.

Replies in your words

Drafts use only the facts you approved and the wordings you chose for each kind of person. A never-say list keeps out promises you do not make.

You post, not a bot

Copy the reply, or open the post with it ready to paste. Bluesky opens with your reply filled in. Nothing goes out without you.

A new draft in seconds

Not happy with a draft? Ask for another right on the card. Each one uses Maple AI tokens, charged only when a draft is written.

One list to work through

Every catch has a link to the real post, the draft, and Completed or Dismiss. Work through today's list in a few minutes.

A real catch

How we use it ourselves

Maple Care, our Canadian care marketplace, uses MapleCatch in community groups. This is a real public post, with the person's details removed.

The post, in a nanny and caregiver group

"Looking for a nanny to come take care of my twins today. They are 6 months old. May lead to more days in the future."

The reply, approved and posted as Maple-Care.ca

Good luck with your search. Another place to post it for free is Maple Care: your number isn't public, and you choose how many local caregivers can contact you.

Why it works

It helps the person who asked, it answers in the thread where they asked, and it only says what Maple Care actually does. That is the whole idea.

What is a catch?
A catch is a public post where someone is asking for what you sell, or for help you can give. MapleCatch finds those posts for your product and gives you a reply drafted in your own words.
Does MapleCatch post replies for me?
No. Nothing is posted without you. You read each catch, edit the draft if you like, then copy it or open the post with your reply ready and post it yourself. Facebook group replies can be queued for our team to post after you approve them.
Which sites does it listen on?
Reddit and Bluesky today. Facebook groups are set up with our team. You choose the subreddits, searches and groups during setup, and you can change them any time.
How does it know what my product is?
You paste your website. MapleCatch reads it and suggests the facts a reply may use, the people to listen for, keywords, where to listen, and short reply wordings. You review and edit all of it before anything starts.
Can a reply say something about my business that is not true?
Replies only use the facts you approved, and you set a never-say list for promises you do not make. Every draft is checked against both, links only ever point to your own site, and you see every reply before it goes out.
What does it cost?
MapleCatch is $9.99 CAD per month per connection, plus HST. A connection is one platform and one account or set of searches, for example Reddit for one product, or Facebook groups as one business page. Drafts use Maple AI tokens from your balance, and you are only charged when a draft is actually written. Facebook groups, pages and LinkedIn are posted through MapleStation, priced separately.
Is it spam?
It should not be, and the setup is built to keep it that way: you only answer people who asked, in their own thread, once, with something useful. Many communities have rules about self-promotion, so read them and answer like a neighbour, not an ad.
