Maple Care is a lead marketplace, not an agency: it connects clients with independent care professionals and care businesses, who agree the work and rates directly with each other.

Free requests for clients

Families post elder, child, property or pet care requests for free, searching by Canadian city. Professionals nearby can buy the lead and reach out, and the client decides who to work with.

Free profiles for professionals

Independent care professionals and care businesses list the care they offer, their home city and how far they will travel, and get alerts when new requests come in nearby.

Pay per lead, in credits

Nobody pays to post. A lead is bought with credits only when someone wants the other side’s contact details, and its price is shown before buying. Each request has a buyer limit set by the client.

Checked badges

Professionals upload certifications such as first aid or a vulnerable sector check. Each one our team checks earns a badge, and care businesses can show how many people are on their team.

Private until bought

Requests and profiles never show a real name, address, email or phone number, and location is shown by city only. Contact details go only to the person who buys that lead.

Optional care agreement

A free care services agreement template covers services, schedule, rates, payment, cancellations and home access, ready to sign online with MapleSecure. The two sides arrange payment directly; Maple Care handles none of it.

How it works

Three steps from request to agreement

Maple Care makes the introduction. The client and the professional agree everything else directly.

STEP 1

Post or list, free

Clients post a care request and set how many professionals may buy it. Professionals create a profile with the care they offer and how far they travel. Names and contact details stay hidden.

STEP 2

Buy a lead

When a request or profile looks like a fit, buy that lead with credits to get the contact details. The price is shown before you confirm, and you only pay for the leads you choose.

STEP 3

Agree directly

Meet, check references and agree the services, schedule, rates and payment between you. Use the free care agreement template if you want it in writing; Maple Care is not a party and handles no payment.

Who is Maple Care for?
Families and other clients looking for elder, child, property or pet care, and the independent care professionals and care businesses who provide it. Both sides search by Canadian city, and professionals set how far they are willing to travel.
Is it free to use?
Posting a request or creating a profile is free. You only pay when you choose to buy a lead. Leads are bought with credits, and the price of each lead is shown before you buy it. See maple-care.ca/pricing/ for how lead prices work.
Does Maple Care take a cut of the care payment?
No. Maple Care does not collect, hold or process payment for care work, for either side. The client pays the professional directly, and the two of them agree how and when in their own agreement.
Is there a contract the two sides can use?
Yes. A free, optional care services agreement template covers the services, schedule, rates, how and when payment is made, cancellations, privacy and home access. It can be downloaded from maple-care.ca or signed online through MapleSecure. Maple Care is not a party to it.
Is Maple Care a care agency?
No. Maple Care connects clients with independent care professionals. It does not supervise anyone's work, does not set rates and is not a party to the agreement between client and professional, so interviews, references and, for elder or child care, a vulnerable sector check stay with the client.
How is privacy protected?
Requests and profiles never show a real name, address, email or phone number, and location is shown by city only. Contact details go only to the person who buys that lead.

Yes. Maple Care covers every province and territory, with more than 20,000 searchable Canadian cities and towns, and the whole site is available in English and French.
