Which Canadian provinces' home-care subsidy systems are supported?
Out of the box we support New Brunswick (Extra-Mural Program), Ontario (Home and Community Care Support Services / HCCSS, formerly LHIN), Nova Scotia (Continuing Care), Prince Edward Island (Home Care Program), Quebec (CLSC / RSSS), British Columbia (Home and Community Care), Alberta (AHS Continuing Care), and Manitoba (Home Care Program). We map your visit log and care notes into each program's required billing format. New provinces are added by request.

Is it PIPEDA and provincial health-data compliant?
Yes. All client data, care notes, and visit logs are stored on Canadian-hosted infrastructure (Maritimes and Central Canada regions) with end-to-end encryption at rest and in transit. We align with PIPEDA, Ontario PHIPA, Quebec Act 25, Nova Scotia PHIA, and other provincial health-information acts. Full audit trails are retained for the statutory ten-year minimum.

Yes. Each client has an invite-only family portal where authorized loved ones can see completed visits with verified check-in times, read recent care notes (filtered by the caregiver and supervisor for sensitivity), view upcoming scheduled visits, message the care team, and receive instant alerts for incidents. Family access is granular - the agency controls which fields, which family members, and which notification triggers are enabled per client.
