What is MapleBook?
MapleBook is an all-in-one, multi-vertical booking platform for Canadian businesses. It bundles online, phone, and in-person bookings - plus reminders and customer records - into one Canadian-hosted tool, packaged for your specific industry. It is live now, launching first for short-term and vacation rentals and for automotive garages.
Is MapleBook available now?
Yes. MapleBook is live now. You can start on the free tier today and upgrade to a paid plan when you need your own custom domain, caller recognition, and more volume. It is launching first for short-term and vacation rentals and for automotive garages, with more verticals on the way.
Which businesses is MapleBook for?
At launch MapleBook serves two verticals: short-term and vacation rentals (hosts, cottage and chalet owners, and small property portfolios) and automotive garages (independent repair shops and service centres). More verticals such as salons, clinics, trades, and tours are on the roadmap, and the businesses we onboard help us decide what comes next.
How is MapleBook different from a generic calendar or booking link?
MapleBook is built around your industry, not a one-size-fits-all calendar. It adds caller recognition so known guests and customers are identified when they call or message, bilingual English and French booking pages and reminders, and an all-in-one bundle so you are not stitching together four separate tools. Paid plans also run on your own custom domain.
Does MapleBook support both English and French?
Yes. Booking pages, confirmations, and reminders are bilingual and switch to match the customer. That is a real advantage for businesses in New Brunswick, Quebec, and bilingual Canada, and it is included even on the free tier.
What is caller recognition?
When a known customer or guest contacts you, MapleBook surfaces who they are and their history, so you can greet them by name and re-book in seconds. For a garage that means the vehicle and service history come up on an inbound call; for a rental it means a returning guest books faster.
How much does MapleBook cost?
There is a free tier to start, which includes one vertical, one calendar, an online booking page on a Maple-hosted URL, email reminders, and bilingual pages. Paid tiers (Pro and Business) add your own custom domain, caller recognition, and more. Paid pricing is billed in CAD and is being finalised - sign up to lock in today rate.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. Your booking pages can live on your own custom domain - for example book.your-business.ca - so guests and customers trust the link and you keep your brand front and centre. The free tier uses a Maple-hosted URL.
Does MapleBook work with the rest of MapleWorkSuite?
Yes. MapleBook is part of the Maple suite, so a booking can flow into the rest of your tools - phone answering with MapleReceptionist, billing with MapleInvoice, and customer records across the suite. If you need a full property-management stack with leases and maintenance, MapleConcierge is the better fit; for general team scheduling, see MapleCalendar.
Is my data kept in Canada?
Yes. MapleBook is hosted in Canada, billed in CAD, and built with PIPEDA in mind, so your customers' booking data is not sent across the border and there are no surprise USD charges.
